Chanda owns one of the largest, minority-female-owned real estate companies in the country. Her passion was to create a company of diversity, passion, and a strong commitment to serving the community on “ALL THINGS REAL ESTATE”. Chanda Davis Real Estate is a company “For Agents by Agents” with the focus on establishing opportunities for agents to become leaders amongst leaders. CDRE has a strong commitment to educating the community about property ownership on all levels: residential, commercial leasing, investing, and property management.
She is currently the Qualifying Broker of Chanda Davis Real Estate, established in 2018, Valley Metro Property Management, established in 2019, and the owner of Superior School of Real Estate by Chanda, launched in 2017. Superior School of Real Estate consistently has one of the highest first-time pass rates in the state. Chanda currently manages over 90 of the top-selling agents in Huntsville/Madison County. Chanda is also an apprentice auctioneer for Cole Auctions.
